About the Job

Job purpose

Our HR team consists of 3 HR colleagues and 1 Senior Recruiter. You will work closely together with the HR colleagues in different various HR topics as a full team member. Within our HR team we have different nationalities and we recruit candidates worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating internal and external training;
Facilitating onboarding and outboarding process;
Follow up with all trainings through Learning Management system;
Assisting employees for all matters in training;
Sorting employee’s physical files;
Employees sickness follow up.

Your Profile

Bachelor/ Master Degree in Human Resources;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills within a team;
Excellent English - written and verbal - communication skills, knowledge of French and/ or German is a big advantage;
Have a pro-active attitude to problem solving and coming up with solutions as part of own professional development.
