MANPOWER Luxembourg SA recruits for one of its clients, an EU Institution, based in Luxembourg:
Administrative Assistant (M/F)
- Managing daily calendar
- Organizing travel arrangements and completing expense reports
- Organizing and supporting staff meetings, board meetings, teleconferences, and other events
- Supporting all Facilities, office equipment, and office supply needs for the team
- Reviewing and assisting with preparing presentations, reports, correspondence, etc., as needed
- Prior experience in a similar position, ideally in the banking sector
- Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, structured and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and organizational skills (written and verbal)
- Fluent in written and spoken English, a good level of French is required
- Strong computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Long-term contract in a multicultural environment
