You deliver value to the client by providing knowledge, ideas and solutions for improving the business and streamline processes. You develop and maintain an appropriate network of business contacts. You ensure engagements are executed in accordance with the firm's methodologies and guidance, professional standards, and local legal and regulatory requirements. You ensure the technical correctness and presentational standard of all client deliverables. You counsel and coach staff.
You are able to manage a team and to act as a team player. You are an effective communicator able to interact with all levels of the organization. At lease with tight deadlines, you are organized and flexible.

- A Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Accountancy;
- At least 5 years of work experience in the audit of Insurance companies (Life and Non-Life) or re-insurance companies, ideally in a Big 4;
- A solid understanding of the local and the EU law requirements;
- A sound knowledge of IFRS and Lux GAAP;
- A fluent English level.
- A qualification/ certification linked to audit (ACA, CFA, ACCA…);
- A fluent French or German level.
