CHANGE MANAGER (m/f)
One of Experis’ clients based in Luxembourg is currently looking for a Change Manager (m/f) to ensure a coaching project for digital transition (6 months, revewable)
Your responsibilities
- Execute daily activities of a Change Manager: review the changes made with the parties concerned/stakeholders; organise review meetings if necessary
- Define the roadmap and report on the progress made
- Optimising processes and tools, particularly in terms of performance monitoring (KPIs)
- Collaborate with IT service providers and other managers to ensure that projects continue to progress according to the defined objectives
- Report regularly to highlight the progress of changes and discuss relevant issues
- Definition of governance in the development of applications
Your profile
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience on a similar position - process management, service management - ideally in a bank or other financial institution
- General knowledge of infrastructure components, business applications
- Practical experience in support or engineering of IT services
- ITIL Foundation certified, or "Lifecycle" and "Capability"
- You've excellent communication as well as strong interpersonal/relational skills
- You are available in all circumstances and are invested to ensure the continuation of the project
- You're fluent in French and English
