This is a Fixed Term Contract with a high chance to be chaged into a Permanent Contract.

The client is an well known management company.
Description
- You will be the main contact for all levels of financial professional clients
- You will be in charge for all operational inquiries coming from assigned
relationships - You will ensure the transaction confirmations, service fee delivery,
commission delivery, dividend distribution, Service Fee invoicing / reconciliation in a manner that meets client's
expectations - You will manage exposure items; including aged trades, trade rejects. Identify areas of operational concern and promptly escalate to AB
management - You will identify the needs of Sales and Marketing of clients
Profile
- The successful candidate has from 3 to 5 years of experience in client facing role.
- Will have a strong knowledge of mutual fund operations
- Knowledge of regulations for Transfer Agency activity, as well as AML/KYC, FATCA/CRS requirements and concepts
- Excellent organizational skills and capability to work independently, under pressure and with commitment to deliver under tight deadlines
- Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
- Fluency in English
