Your main responsibilities
- Budget and financial control and associated reporting
- Performance, budgeting & costing analysis
- Budget forecast and resource planning
- Control the payment of invoices and reconciliation of budgetary data
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining all required financial records for compliance and audit
- Assist all other areas of IT with their financial tasks, especially in the areas of identification of process, service, project and component costs and the calculation and subsequent reduction of all IT service, project, component and process failures. .
- Collate required financial data and reports for analysis and to facilitate decision making
- You have 3-5 years’ relevant work experience in administrative support
- You are fluent in English and French
- Prior experience with Excel
- Prior Experience with PeopleSoft Financial and Business Objects
- Strong work ethic & attention to detail
