Are you fluent in French and English?
Do you have at least 5 years' experience in Facilities Management?

Your Responsibilities
* Welcoming people
* Facility: offices and building maintenance (air conditioning, electricity…)
* Manage office suppliers or service providers
* Control office budgets
* Making sure the office is running smoothly
* Review of existing supplier contracts and negotiate existing or new contracts
* Check and approve invoices, request credit notes if necessary
* Meetings and travels management
* Events organization
* All other relevant office/facility management duties
Your Profile
* 5 years' experience in Facility Management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly professional and organized, flexible and autonomous
* Customer oriented, a previous experience in the hospitality sector is an asset
* Positive, pro-active and collaborative attitude
* Fluent in French and English
