A reputable international firm is looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Operations Manager/Director to handle various areas of the business including HR, Finance Oversight, Project Work and Office Operations.
With an HQ in Luxembourg and an office in London, this professional firm currently employs around 20 people and is looking an Operations Director to handle growth and processes, a proactive candidate looking to help take the business to the next level. The role is varied and offers great responsibilities being part of senior management in a friendly but professional environment open to new ideas and suggestions.

Some duties involve:
Finance Oversight (Lux/UK)
- Preparation of payroll for local service providers - Preparation of invoices and payments - Analysis of company finance trends and analytics - Keeping track of sales revenueHR
- Handling staff processes (including sickness, holidays…) - Handling new staff onboardingOperations
- Management of IT with local providers (stocks, hardware, software, service requests…) - Creation of shared files for internal processes - Facility Management - Internal events - Assistance to the Executive Director - Legal/Cosec – working alongside management - Marketing, involvement in the growth and promotion of the firm - Database Management
Requirements
- 6 years’ + in a similar role
- A good understanding of accounting, HR, legal fields in Luxembourg
- Strong attention to details, organised
- Entrepreneurial, proactive and dynamic
- Professional and friendly
- Fluent English, experience working in Anglo-Saxon or International environments
