HR MANAGER (M/F)
DO Recruitment Advisors is delighted to represent an international industrial company in their search for a HR Manager. Leading a team of 3 to 4 people, this Human Resource generalist professional is working as a full business partner to ensure that HR processes and policies are implemented and adhered to for each business unit / plant, while also supporting to realising the company's business plan.
This key person is responsible for organising the HR department and to offer a high level of service to internal and external customers in line with the company's objectives.
•Organises and develops the team to give maximum support within the different HR processes applied within the plant/ business unit;
•Acts as the key contact person with the Union's gate keeper of the Collective Labour Agreement and participates to regular meetings with the delegation to exchange information and ideas in an open and constructive way;
•Provides guidance and advice on people matters:
•Learning and development,
•Recruitment & Career Transition,
•Manages the organisation's development (includes also people needs related to strategic & business planning);
•Makes sure the group divisional and local HR policies and procedures are properly applied. Assures adherence to local legislation;
•Provides a monthly reporting on HR performance;
•Manages the HR budget.
THE CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Master's in human resources or similar;
•Thorough experience in implementing and managing a full range of HR processes preferably in an industrial environment;
•Detailed and thorough knowledge of employment legislation;
•Is able to lead in the development of policies and standards;
•Has effective communication and interpersonal skills in a wide range of complex and sensitive situations with the ability to effectively use a range of different styles and adopt techniques supporting the achievement of objectives;
•Is agile & adaptable, being both customer and result oriented;
•Understands the principles of change management. Is able to use strategic planning, influencing, and negotiation, monitoring and controlling skills to lead change initiatives;
•Is able to coach & develop others, has strong leadership capabilities and is a good team player;
•Understands the efficient and effective HR administration systems and processes in place. Uses the data to support continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives in line with business goal;
•Possesses strategical and Integrity thinking;
•Is fluent in French and English (German being an asset).
Our client is an international industrial company, with more than 300 employees based in Luxembourg.
