We're looking for a results-driven Service Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects, ensuring Customer Satisfaction following our motto "IT Expertise and Human Experience".
You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
- Present, promote and sell IT services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and long-term customer relationships
- Develop deep understanding of customer culture and business strategy
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling and customer events
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales strategy within the company
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new services
- Keep abreast of best practices and market trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- The ability to integrate in our company culture and beliefs is a priority
- Proven work experience as a Service Sales Representative (3 years +)
- Excellent knowledge of the Luxembourg IT market
- Ability to build productive and long-lasting professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven
- Excellent qualification, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- Bachelor or Master Level (Management and/or IT background)
- French/English languages are mandatory, Luxemburgish and German are nice to have
