Within SIX Payment Services (Europe) SA, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f)

Your day-to-day responsibilities :

• You handle your projects and project teams in an independent manner;
• You ensure that all projects are successfully completed, delivered on-time within scope and within budget;
• You are responsible for the coordination of your internal project team and external partners for the flawless execution of projects;
• You track the progress, taking into account dependencies and achievements;
• You tackle risks and issues, have mitigating measures in place and provide timely updates to your partners;
• You ensure the resource’s availability and the allocation;
• You handle changes to the project scope, project timeline and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Your profile:

• Proven educational background (Master Degree or Bachelor) preferably in the fields of economics, computer science or engineering;
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a project manager or project leader in the information technology sector;
• Technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies;
• Project Management certification (PMP/Prince2/AgilePM/PSM) is a plus;
• Experience in Financial and/or Payment Industry is a strong asset;
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills;
• Excellent client-facing and internal presentation skills;
• Pragmatic, still highly organized and structured;
• Good knowledge in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook;
• Result oriented with a hands-on mentality
• Fluent in German and English, spoken and written. Good knowledge in French would be an asset.

Position is located in Luxembourg - Munsbach.
