Within a start-up providing high qualitative smart building products, the Back-Office Specialist will be in charge of the creation of the Back-Office Department.
Our client belongs to an International Group, and produces high technological "smart building" products. To develop and expand their activity in Luxembourg, they are looking for a Sales Back-Office Specialist, who will be in charge of the creation of the Back-Office Department. The Headquarter is located in Luxembourg.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Implement a CRM and create sales support (documents and files),
- Create the whole back-office processes,
- Provide a technical and sales assistance to external clients,
- Centralize and manage orders received from clients,
- Work closely with the Sales team,
- You are graduated with a Technical Diploma,
- You have a strong experience within a Back-office department, in a building/construction activity,
- You have a good communication skills and client services mindset,
- You enjoy working in a team and autonomous,
- You are proactive, organized, and motivated,
- You speak fluently French and English,
