SALES MANAGER – Scaffolding / Construction H/F – CDI
Your role:
You will overview all sales activities for the Luxemburg Branch. You will lead the sales team within this branch and support them in their daily business. You will set out the sales targets in cooperation with the Head of Sales Benelux. You will organize sales meetings and will be responsible for obtaining a good cooperation between the different sales engineers.
Next to this, you will be working as a Sales Engineer with a focus on Scaffolding customers.
Your tasks:
• Aquisition of new clients in the designated sales areas and establishing sustainable relationships with decision makers
• Maintain, manage and develop key customers and ensure a solid relationship with existing clients
• Identify market potential as well as new sales opportunities and develop an appropriate sales strategy in order to facilitate growth
• Conduct proposal presentations, consequent follow up on projects and on quotations
• Work closely with other departments from tender stage to project closing thereby ensuring a smooth project execution
• Contribute to an accurate forecasting by providing the necessary information on sales activities according to our group wide standards
• Work closely with the marketing team to ensure marketing activities are in line with the sales strategy and support the sales activities in your area.
• Your will achieve these tasks by either delegating them to the sales engineers and keeping supervision on the progress of this taks or you will cooperate with the sales engineers and execute these tasks as a team.
We are looking for someone who has:
• Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience in the formwork, scaffolding or construction-related industry
• A strong technical background (civil/building/construction field)
• Strong people management skills
• Knowlege in financial / business administration is an advantage
• Excellent IT skills
• Excellent communciation and negotiation skills, decisive and assertive
• Who is organized, result- and team-oriented
• Exellent knowledge ofFrench and English. Knowledge of German is an advantage.
