Our client, a local actor, offering employees to be part of their constant growth and be part of their success, is currently recruiting a Sales manager (m/w) CDI
Your Responsibilities
* Detect and prospect new clients/opportunities to develop your market
* Present and develop the solutions to the prospect and existing clients
* Analyse needs and propose adapted solutions
* Draft the request for proposal
* Follow up on all the negotiation phases until the signature of the contract
* Maintain a good balance between developing existing and new clients
Your Profile
* Minimum 5 years' experience in B2B sales
* Thorough knowledge of the Institutional Luxembourg market
* Client and quality services oriented
* Able to develop a new market from scratch
* Experience in the It, Hi Tech and/or digital activities will be an added value
* Fluency in French and English, any other languages is an asset
