Our client is an international Private Banking Institution with offices located in Luxembourg, France, Austria, Portugal and Netherlands.
Supporting around 1000 private banking users, the Business Desktop Support team located in Luxembourg is composed by 5 senior profiles.
Your role:
- Senior Desktop Support- VDI/ Citrix engineering
- Collaborate with colleagues in Infrastructure and other IT teams
- L2 support (remote and local applications);
- Daily monitoring;
- Client services oriented, team player and autonomous
Your profile:
- Your expertize in Desktop Support in large banking environments allow you to provide high level services in a great team spirit.
- Experienced in Windows 7/10 workstation, Office, HP workstation/laptop hardware, voice recording, network troubleshooting and Powershell.
- Our client is looking for several profiles in L2 support.
