* Execute the whole process of sourcing, initiating, negotiating and finally closing deals of rental and sale for properties in Luxembourg
* You are responsible to actively advertise and organise prospections to portfolios of office units
* Build and develop relationship with existing clients as well as to prospect and generate new business
* You hold a university degree or equivalent and have already gained minimum 3 years of professional experience in Real Estate or in a similar environment. Experience in CRM is considered as an asset.
* You are a dynamic, proactive person with strong analytical and interpersonal skills and capable to build strong long-term relationship with clients. You enjoy working in a team as well as independently and have a high degree of self-motivation, self-discipline and responsibility. Highly developed communication skills written and verbal complete your profile.
* Excellent knowledge of English and French is mandatory, German and Luxembourgish are a plus.
